Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Monday-Saturday. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier.

You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your shipment is released to the carrier.

We always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. We appreciate your patience! 

International Shipping

International orders ship USPS Priority Mail International. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bungalow 12 LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

**Handmade Candles**

Upon receipt of payment, your candle will be hand poured. This process will take at least 2-3 days to allow for creation and drying time. Orders will then be promptly shipped via USPS Priority Mail. See below for our Summer Shipping Schedule. Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packing materials and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home.

**Summer Shipping Schedule (April-August)**

Our handmade candles are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat.  In order to ensure your order is free of damage, temperature-sensitive products will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail.  This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping.  All handmade candles will be shipped in thermal packaging with dry ice packs during these months.  Please bring your package inside and out of the heat as quickly as possible. All other products that are not affected by temperature will ship Monday-Saturday as normal.
